This membership is merely a small part of a greater problem that exists in our world right now: AI and content theft. I have a strong stance on “No AI” because it’s unethical and quite frankly I believe it to be dangerous on various levels. I don’t trust unethical people so why should I trust something created by them just because it’s cool? On my channel, I want it to be real, authentic, relatable, and human. So, this is a no AI channel in every way I can possibly control (I’m looking at you AI assisted search bars for every social media and search engine on the internet that I can’t turn off!).

I created this membership program just to limit the unethical nature of the internet today because I’ve read that a paywall can limit AI’s access to content-which is my goal. I want each of you to have access to my content, but giving it for free doesn’t seem as realistic since the change in internet culture. It’s only $1 to be a member and I am trusting each and every one of you, my Writing Buddies, with content that I only ask you don’t feed into the computer leeches. It’s a lifetime membership when you join, to the best of my knowledge, and I made it really low so it’s accessible. It’s important to me that my content is accessible to each of you, my dear friends. This is my small attempt to avoid “giving” my content to the computer mutants that exist in our world today. Sorry this so serious and dark, but it makes me sick all the AI theft occurring in today’s world and it’s so very wrong and goes against a lot of my values.

Side note: I’m also hoping to use this membership site to do giveaways or something fun in the future, too. I’m still learning how all this works so bear with me, everybody! Thanks! :)
